Definition of custom bilt strain gages

1. Change of specifications of leadwires to be combined to strain gages basing on the standard strain gage patterns. For example, strain gage leadwires (lengths), vinyl leadwires (kinds, lengths, etc.), and so on.
2. Development of new strain gage patterns. Users are requested to forward proposals on purposes of use and on the desired strain gage pattern layout (outlined). The specifications for the production are to be drawn out at the side of the manufacturer in accordance with the proposals forwarded from the users.
3. Strain gages for use in transducers: These strain gages are mainly for use in high accuracy load cells for the purpose of overcoming creeping behaviors of load cells.

Strain gage applied sensors are not only used in stress or strain measurement but in enlarged applications, by changing metallic foil materials, in the production of the special strain gages for crack propagation measurement, or for measurement of strains in hollow subtances (called PIPE GAGES).
